2020 Health guidelines for classes at NYIG:
-
Stay at home if your child does not feel well.
-
Each student will have their own desk and Go equipment with social distance (See the pictures of our classrooms).
-
All teachers and staff must wear masks at all times. It is required for students to wear masks or have their face covered at all times; however, please contact the school if you have medical concerns before attending the in-person class.
-
Our staff will be waiting for students at the front door of the school for health check-up before each class. If you are early or late, please ring the bell and we will perform the necessary health check-up before you enter. Before entering the school: 1) your body temperature will be taken; 2) wash hands before entering the classroom.
-
For safety purposes, please bring your own snacks. Water and disposable cups will be provided by the school.
-
Our staff will bring our students down to be picked up after each class. Please call us in advance if you need to pick up your child at a different time.
-
The school will be sanitized daily. Hand sanitizer is provided.
-
Three shared computers will be available for on-site students to game practice with online students. We recommend that students bring their own computer to game practice.
Thank you for helping to keep everyone safe. See you in class!
